Pan Fried Chicken Wings
In a large saucepan add two tablespoons light olive oil. Set heat on med high and add chicken wings. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally until wings are uniformly browned. Remove any excess fat from pan with a spoon, add sauce to cover chicken and toss to coat chicken evenly. Reduce heat to medium low. Toss chicken occasionally. Allow sauce to caramelize and cook into the chicken.

Pork Ribs
Place ribs (back or side) in a shallow roasting pan with ½ inch of water. Cover with foil and place in a 325 degree oven. Bake back ribs for 45 minutes, side ribs for 90 minutes. Bake until meat is easily pierced with a metal skewer. Drain excess liquid, pour enough sauce to generously coat meat and return ribs to a 300 degree oven for 30 minutes. Baste occasionally. Remove from oven.
